Guests are beginning to arrive for our coastal weeks in Puerto Escondido. Sunday is a lazy day as guests arrive and are treated to signature cocktails, a dip in the pool, fresh ceviche and snacks as well as a gourmet 4-course dinner in the evening prepared by Chef Ana and staff from the freshest local ingredients from the sea.
