The world has come to a standstill but that doesn’t mean that Chef Ana, Robb, and Chef Ale are sitting on their hands. We all came back from a wonderful 3 weeks in Puerto Escondido to a new world. Unfortunately, our income came to a halt, we are all in our homes, and everyone needs an escape. Chef Ana had an idea.
“It is time to give people an escape. I will commit to making a new episode a day so long as I am able to do so. Everybody needs a place where we can just hang out, laugh, and cook. Hopefully, people will respond as well to support us with future reservations and donate to our gofundme campaign. We are all going to travel again but in the meantime, just hang out with me in my kitchen.”
The episodes will air daily on her youtube channel @lachefana and will be as unedited as possible. We are not creating short little clips so you can get a recipe in 30 seconds, but creating an environment to just escape, laugh, and relax a bit.
In the meantime, we are doing our best to support our employees and keep things moving forward as we hunker down with no new guests for the moment. The best way to help us is with a future reservation and we would like to give you the best deal we can with the most flexibility.
